Martin King Bsc pn1 is a highly experienced personal trainer in Thame with over 15 years in the health industry . He holds a Level 4 personal trainer and strength conditioning coach certification, as well as being a Gp referral and lower back specialist. Martin is also a Precision Nutrition nutritionist, ensuring his clients receive top-notch dietary guidance.

Outside of his professional life, Martin is a family man who believes balance is key. He loves spending time outdoors, watching movies, and staying in shape. With his diverse interests and dedication to health and wellness, Martin is a well-rounded personal trainer who can help clients from all walks of life achieve their fitness & body goals.

The Garage studio is a well-organised space with all the equipment you could possibly need for a great workout. We have a Plyo box for power creation, free weights, Barbells, an awesome Cable machine, Water rower, Concept 2 Skierg, boxing equipment & Blaze pods for speed, agility conditioning plus so much more 

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve your cardio, or work on your agility, our garage gym has everything you need to reach your fitness goals.

Not only that but its completely yours to use within your session. Free from glare & disturbance.

The Bodybyking Coaching method is a tried and tested methodology with a proven history of success. 

Gather - Adjust - Educate - Monitor - Adapt 

Gather: Your current position will be assessed within the first 1-4 weeks this includes nutrition, biomechanics, capability & composition. Your time availability & limitations noted to ensure your program suitability. all packaged nicely in the Bodybyking portal.
