Following a series of niggling back problems, I was advised by my Doctor that improving my general fitness would be a good start to solving this issues. Having not been inside a gym since secondary school, I was hesitant to try personal training to say the least!
I made contact with Martin and explained the situation. We then began training together once a week, with routines specifically designed by Martin to protect my back and strengthen my core. He also provided me with a bespoke exercise regime to use at home, and expert advice on how to improve my nutrition.
In 40 days, I lost 5kgs in weight, significantly improved my fitness and had no pain in my lower back for the first time in 8 months.
I would recommend Martin to anyone just on the basis he is a great guy and we have a good time training. But ultimately this is a results business and the reason you should call Martin is that he will help you to change your life for the better.
It’s still early days for me, and I’m excited about the journey ahead.
