When an injury slows you down adapt! Don’t quit, think smart focus on what u can do and do it to the best of your ability. With Golfers elbow I have to rest the upper body, therefore until it decides to calm down it’s all about the lower body. My plan is a three day lower body approach working three systems: Overload, Tension & Stress aka lift heavy 1 day, lift slowly for moderate reps another & lift light for loads of reps.
