You can’t out train a poor diet! It’s true and when you want to change how your body looks, feels and performs you have to look at your daily nutritional habits. At Bodybyking you’ll gain the tools you need for long term change.

We take you through a 4 step process to get you firing on all cylinders

STEP 1

Evaluate & Assess

Starting with a one to one, we’ll talk about you, your food habits, your nutritional history, previous successes & fails, your  food likes  dislikes & naughty nibbles, your family situation, stressors & specific dietary needs then alongside your 3 day food diary we’ll  build together your unique nutritional plan.

STEP 2

Educate & Provide

We at Bodybyking will help you to understand the do’s and don’ts of nutrition.

We ‘ll go back to basics & educate at a pace that’s right for you, ensuring your knowledge is sound.

Whilst training with Bodybyking you may end up on your own supermarket sweep or end up in Martin’s kitchen blending body shakes or grilling tuna. You may become a regular at the nutritional seminars the fact is we will do what we can for you to learn and grow, but fundamentally it comes down to you!

STEP 3

Monitor & Nurture

Every six weeks we’ll review how things are going which will include completing a food diary and a habits questionnaire. It’s important to keep an on eye on nutrition so our food choices don’t become routine and boring or that we don’t gradually relax our mindset.

Your food diary is essential to help keep on track and helps us evaluate where you are at. We can highlight patterns, habits – both good and bad, how food affects your mood and workouts and much more.

STEP 4

Re-evaluate, Adjust & Praise

It’s important that we keep your goal central to everything we do and we regularly re-evaluate and adjust where needed to ensure you’re hitting your targets!

If something’s not working we’ll look for alternatives until we find what works for you.  There really is no magic pill or one size fits all program. Body By King is 100% tailored to you throughout the entire process.
