Do I have good posture?

How you stand and hold yourself makes a massive difference to how you look and feel.
By just slightly adjusting your postural adjustment you can appear taller, stronger, slimmer as well as feeling ready to take on the world!

So how do you know if you have good posture?

  • Your head should be erect and straight with your chin level
  • When you face forward your chest should be dominant with shoulders relaxed
  • You should have a gentle curve in the lower back
  • Your pelvis should be neutral

Take a look at the man on the far right in the image above – see how the line passes from the head through the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle.
