Why H20 is your best
friend!

Okay so I’m sure you’re well aware that you should be drinking plenty of water but the question is WHY?  Here are just a few reasons why you need to make friends with H20…

  1. First of all the most obvious one…. dehydration reduces your strength and stamina so it’s important to keep hydrated to keep up your energy levels throughout the day
  2. Drinking a decent amount of water reduces cancer! Yes that’s right – research suggests that staying hydrated can reduce colon, breast and bladder cancer by up to 50%
  3. Staying hydrated will reduce joint pain and the likelihood of headaches
  4. Water helps us to flush away waste and bacteria from our systems
  5. H20 will help us to burn fat
  6. As a bonus we will look better too. Drinking water will give your skin a young, radiant glow as well as make our muscles look and feel fuller.

When you think that our bodies are made up of roughly 65% water – it just makes sense!  We need water. It’s that simple so do yourself a favour and get drinking.

Tips: Eat plenty of veg, carry a water bottle everywhere and start your day with a pint and a squeeze of lemon.
